Quick Chocolate Mousse

To scald the milk, heat in a pan until little bubbles form around the edge. After blending, pour into smallish bowls or wine glasses and place in the fridge until firm. Squirt-type whipping cream is ok!


  • 1  6oz. pkg c.c.’s
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T liquor
  • 3 T strong coffee
  • ¾ c scalded milk - hot


  1. Blend 2 min. on high
  2. Chill
  3. Top w/ whipping cream
