Quick Chocolate Mousse
To scald the milk, heat in a pan until little bubbles form around the edge. After blending, pour into smallish bowls or wine glasses and place in the fridge until firm. Squirt-type whipping cream is ok!

1 6oz. pkg c.c.’s2 eggs2 T liquor3 T strong coffee¾ c scalded milk - hot
Directions
- Blend
2 min. on high - Chill
- Top w/ whipping cream
