Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • ¼ lb butter
  • 2 tspns vanilla
  • ⅔ cp brown sug
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cp flour
  • ½ tspn baking soda
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 1 cup each choc chips, raisins, chopped walnuts
  • 1½ cups oatmeal

Directions

  1. Mix all together
  2. Spoon rounds of dough on parchment paper covered cookie sheet
  3. Press each with fork dipped in water for each cookie
  4. Bake 10 minutes at 350°F
